Lead Veterinarian

The Lead Veterinarian serves as the chief medical professional responsible for overseeing the medical team and ensuring the highest quality of veterinary care. This role involves managing clinical team members, guiding staff training programs, and setting medical protocols.

Urgent Care Veterinarian

The Urgent Care Veterinarian is responsible for providing immediate medical attention to pets in urgent or emergency situations. This position requires the ability to quickly diagnose and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment.

Appointment Veterinarian

The Appointment Veterinarian focuses on seeing scheduled appointments. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating pets for various routine and non-emergency medical conditions. The goal is to manage everyday pet health needs and provide preventative care.

Client Service Representative

Provide outstanding client care service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Must be a “people person” who enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis and is caring, compassionate and efficient.

Kennel Attendant

Responsible for attending daily to the needs of all boarding and hospitalized pets. Must be able to detect signs of stress and changes in eating and/or elimination habits, and notify technicians and/or veterinarians immediately. Will also be assisting technicians and veterinarians during surgery/treatments and client service.

Veterinary Technician

Will perform patient assessments, anesthesia and other procedures and treatments. Serves as primary support for the veterinarian. Must be detail-oriented, able to respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Groomer

The Groomer is responsible for maintaining pets’ appearance, hygiene, and overall well-being through professional grooming services. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for animal care and strong customer service skills.
